Fruity & fresh raspberry filing on a tender almond banana crust, today’s Raspberry Bars are a colorful addition to your healthy Christmas cookie collection.
Ingredients
1 cup (100g) almond meal or flour (or just grind up almonds in a food processor)
1 medium banana
1 tablespoon (20g) maple syrup (or other liquid sweetener)
1 and 1/2 cup (200g) raspberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup water
1 and 1/2 teaspoon (5g) agar powder
3 tablespoons (60g) maple syrup (or other liquid sweetener)
1/2 cup (125g) yogurt (I like coconut)
