Cinnamon Cream Bars – 3 layers of cinnamon pie crust with lemon cream filling and chocolate frosting
Ingredients
DOUGH:
10 Tablespoons sugar
10 Tablespoons water
½ cup butter or margarine
1 Tablespoons cinnamon
1 Tablespoons baking soda
400-450 g (3¾ cups) flour
FILLING:
½ liter (2 cups + 2 Tbsp) milk
4-5 Tablespoons flour
250 g (2 cups) sugar
½ cup margarine
juice of 1 lemon
GLAZE:
100 g (3/4 cup + ½ Tbsp) chocolate
100 g (7 Tbsp) butter or margarine
