Ingredients
4 dates, pitted and chopped
1 peeled and frozen banana, cut into chunks
3 cups loosely packed spinach
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (I used 0% Fage)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
