This homemade whole grain gluten-free vegan bread is wonderfully crispy and toasty on the outside, tender and moist on the inside. You won’t be able to stop after one slice.
Ingredients
Dry
1 cup Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free All-purpose baking flour
1 cup Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free oat flour
¼ cup brown rice flour
¾ cup tapioca starch
¾ cup corn starch
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
Wet
2¼ tsp active dry yeast
5 tbs ground flax seeds
1 tbs ground hemp seeds
2 tsp sugar
1 cup warm water
1 cup Silk organic original soy milk (use other dairy-free milk if desired)
3 tbs canola oil
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
