32 oz. can crushed tomatoes
2 shallots, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup vodka
1 cup heavy cream
pinch red pepper flakes
salt and pepper
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 green onions, chopped, for garnish (optional)
16 oz. pasta, cooked al dente
