Chickpea (not tuna) Salad

While not quite similar in flavor, it rivals it’s canned fish namesake in simplicity and is super easy to throw together from pantry staples! A quick lunch on top of bread, crackers, or even a bed of greens!
Ingredients
1 15 oz can chickpeas drained and rinsed
¼ cup mayo (vegan)
1 Tablespoon coarse ground mustard
¼ teaspoon vegan Worcestershire sauce
¼ to ½ cup diced celery (and some red onions if you like)
1-2 Tablespoons pickle relish
cayenne pepper and/or black pepper to taste
