Chocolate pie for breakfast… sort of! It’s chocolate fudge overnight oats topped with a layer of creamy, vanilla oats – and is definitely healthier than an actual slice of pie.
Ingredients
For the Chocolate Layer:
¼ cup pumpkin puree
¼ cup yogurt
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 – 2 tablespoon maple syrup
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Tiny pinch of salt
½ cup rolled oats
½ teaspoon chia seeds
½ cup milk
For the ‘Cream’ Layer:
¼ cup rolled oats
½ teaspoon chia seeds
¼ cup yogurt
¼ cup milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ – 1 tablespoon maple syrup
