Despite its less than flattering namesake, mizeria is a delightful and light Polish cucumber salad that works beautifully as a side or even a main dish.
Ingredients
5 Persian cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
10-12 radishes, thinly sliced
½ onion, very finely diced
¼ cup Greek yogurt
1 handful fresh dill, finely chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon coconut sugar or stevia
½ teaspoon sea salt
