1 cup of sliced zucchini

1 cup cooked chickpeas
¾ cup cooked barley
Kimchi (optional)
Seasoning:
1-2 tablespoons gochujang (see note)
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
½ teaspoon brown sugar
1-2 teaspoons water
