A much healthier version of a Salted Chocolate Pecan Pie (and it’s for breakfast!) This creamy oatmeal is also gluten-free, vegan and refined sugar-free.
Ingredients
1 cup almond milk
1 cup water
½ cup steel-cut oats
Pinch of salt
½ cup pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 – 2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon blackstrap molasses
Chopped pecans
Coarse salt
