A simple gluten-free and vegan muesli recipe that’s loaded to the brim with good-for-you superfoods. Take advantage of the ingredients that are in-season and local to you and feel free to sub in your favorite toppings!
Ingredients
For the Muesli Base:
2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
1/4 cup hemp hearts
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
For the Mix-Ins (choose as many as you like!):
goji berries
pumpkin seeds
chopped walnuts
For Serving:
unsweetened non-dairy milk (I used almond)
sliced plums
pure maple syrup
