Here’s the recipe of an Indian cuisine,which is quite easy and would go with any bread/rice /Chapathi.
Ingredients
Green peas-1 bowl (cooked with salt)
Paneer/cottage Cheese-1 packet (cubed)
Bell pepper-1/2 (chopped)
Onion-2 (finely chopped)
Ginger-1 medium piece (chopped)
Garlic-5 cloves (chopped)
Tomato paste-2 spoon
Tomato-1 1/2 (chopped)
Chilly powder-2 spoon
Turmeric powder-1 spoon
Coriander powder-1 spoon
Vegetable masal-2 spoon
Garam masala powder-1/2 spoon
Water-1 1/2 cup
olive oil-2 spoon (for frying paneer), plus 2 spoon (for masala)
