2 lbs (900g) baby yukon potatoes
1½ TBS olive oil
¼ tsp granulated garlic
pinch of salt
¾ cup (3 oz) shredded smoked gouda
Optional Toppings:
pinch of your favorite spice blend
chopped parsley
