Vegan and gluten-free crisp bread with seeds.
Ingredients
0.4 cup/ 100ml quinoa flour
0.4 cup/ 100ml corn flour
0.2 cup/ 50 ml sunflower seeds
0.2 cup/ 50 ml pumpkin seeds
0.2 cup/ 50 ml whole flax seed
0.4 cup/ 100 ml sesame seeds
¼ tsp sea salt
2 teaspoons of Provençal herbs
5 Tablespoons olive oil
1.2 cups/300 ml warm water
extra sea salt and sesame seeds to sprinkle on top
