Paneer Noodles
Non-spicy paneer noodles is a delicious Indian recipe served as a main dish. Noodles are a staple food in many cultures made from unleavened dough which is stretched, extruded, or rolled flat and cut into one of a variety of shapes. Popular in Indo Chinese cuisine, it is an easy recipe of paneer veg noodles. A delicious vegetarian fusion meal. Kids love this dish. Just try this recipe.
Noodles – 300 gm/ 4 cup cooked
Paneer (cottage cheese) – 200 gm
Onion – 2 medium chopped
Green chilies – 3 chopped
Garlic – 2 tbs chopped
Spring onions – 1/2 cup chopped
Cabbage – 1/2 cup chopped
Carrot – 1/4 cup chopped
French beans – 1/4 cup
Chilly sauce – 1 tbs
Pepper powder – 1 tbs
Roasted cashew nuts – 2 tbs broken into small pieces
Coriander – 1/2 cup chopped
Ajinamoto – 1 pinch (Optional)
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
