Puffed rice pakoda is a simple innovative, quick & easy to make, lip smacking dish …. an all season wonder that can be made with puffed rice, rice flour, gram flour, chopped dill leaves, coriander, onions and spices, which makes a crispy appetizer to munch with a cup tea or coffee.
Ingredients
Puffed rice – 200 gm
Onion – 2-3 chopped finely
Dill leaves – 1 cup chopped
Coriander – 1 cup chopped
Curry leaves – 1 spring chopped
Rice flour – 1/2 cup
Gram flour – 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts – 2 -3 tbs broken into small pieces
Chilly powder – 1 tsp (adjust to your taste)
Cumin or carom seeds – 1/2 tsp
Ghee – 1 tbs
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
