Adai dosa
Adai dosa is a healthy breakfast dish prepared with variety of dal and rice along with ginger, cumin, coriander, chilies and coconut, which makes for spicy and tasty dosas. This can be prepared instantly or fermented. Adai dosa is served with coconut chutney, jaggery mixed with coconut mixture, chutney pudi or sambar. It is a nutritious dosa recipe, rich in protein and vitamins. Do try and enjoy as a healthy breakfast or as an evening snack.
Rice – 1 cup
Parboiled rice – 1/2 cup
Tur dal – 1/2 cup
Bengal gram (chana dal) – 1/2 cup
Green gram (moong dal) – 1/2 cup
Black gram (urad dal) – 1/2 cup
Flattened rice – 1/4 cup
Cumin – 1 tsp
Coriander – 1 tsp
Dry red chilies – 5 – 6
Coconut – 1/2 cup grated
Ginger – 1/2 inch
Salt
Oil/ghee/butter
