1 cup soft silken tofu (about 8 ounces)
1½ tablespoons agave nectar or maple syrup
1 tablespoon curry powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon black pepper, plus more to taste
½ lemon, juiced
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 cup green peas, thawed if frozen
¾ cup raw broccoli, chopped into small florets
