10 pitted dates, soaked in hot water to soften (water discarded)
2 heaping tablespoons cashew butter
Dash of ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 tablespoon coconut oil
