This healthy Fresh Market copycat is piled high with fresh veggies and a delicious homemade spinach spread.
Ingredients
2 slices of your favorite hearty bread [like WG pumpernickel!]
2-4 slices of fresh tomato
1/4 of a cucumber
1/4 of a bell pepper
a handful of sprouts [broccoli, clover, alfalfa]
a handful of your favorite greens [romaine, spinach, spring mix]
3-4 TBSP chilled spinach dip
veganize using vegan spinach dip or hummus! [see instructions]
