Ingredients
Jeera samba rice – 1 1/2 cup
Bay leaf – 1 or 2
Cinnamon – 4
Star anise – 2
Cloves – 5
Cardamom – 4
Cashew nut – 2 tbs
Ginger garlic paste – 1/4 tsp
Coconut milk – 2 cup
Ghee – 2 to 3 tbs
Salt to taste
