Ingredients
¼ cup quinoa, rinsed and drained
Pinch of salt
¼ cup water
¾ cup almond milk (divided into ½ cup + ¼ cup)
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pear
½ cup frozen raspberries
¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
Chopped walnuts, to serve
