RAW CARAMEL
5 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
1 Tbsp Coconut nectar
2 Tbsp Raw almond butter
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/8 tsp Salt
1/3 C- 1/2 C Almond milk
SMOOTHIE
1 Large/ 2 Medium apple (s), cored, chopped and frozen
3/4 C- 1 C Almond milk
1 Tbsp Raw almond butter
2 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Lucuma
