Vegan & gluten free high protein snack that tastes similar to a popular chocolate bar.
Ingredients
1 cup almonds
1 cup protein powder (I used Sunwarrior)
1/4 cup cacao powder
1 tbsp stevia extract
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
5 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut milk, light (canned)
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes + more for coating
