Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup semolina / sooji
1/4 cup besan flour/ chickpea flour
1 cup or more water
1/4 tsp salt (or more according to taste)
1/8 tsp baking soda
2-3 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
For Topping: finely sliced/grated/chopped fresh vegetables of your choice.
