Raw Vegan Tomato Walnut Pate

An easy vegan and raw appetizer, served on cucumbers or crackers. Great finger food for a party, picnic or get together!
Ingredients
1 cup walnuts
1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes
1/4 cup lightly packed chopped basil, plus more for topping if desired
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp tamari or coconut aminos (for soy free)
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
A few pinches of of sea salt
4-5 tablespoons of soaking water from the tomatoes
TO SERVE:
your choice of crackers, cucumbers or bread
