Ingredients
8 extra-large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
⅓ cup liquid sweetener (agave syrup, honey, maple syrup)
⅔ cup oil (melted coconut oil, grapeseed oil, melted butter, etc)
1 scant cup coconut flour
1 tbsp + 1 tsp baking powder
1 can Rooster Brand Gold Label coconut milk, chilled in fridge overnight
Vanilla and sweetener, to taste (optional)
6 large strawberries
½ cup sliced almonds, toasted
