HONEY WALNUT & ROSEMARY ICE CREAM

I only met one person in my entire life who didn’t like ice cream and it was absolutely shocking to me. It’s understandable we all have our flavour preference but not to like this delightful creation… I like it so much I even bought and ice cream maker so there is always ice cream in the freezer.
There are a lot of types of ice cream with different recipes and it’s a massive learning curve for me but this particular one, honey walnut and rosemary ice cream, became one of my favourites straight away!

70g Walnuts
450ml Whole milk
10g Cornstarch
300ml Double cream
50g Sugar
70ml Mild honey
1 tsp Chopped fresh rosemary
Pinch of salt
