Blend the mango pieces without seeds and refrigerate for 1/2 hour to serve chilled. Garnish with saffron and cream and serve with poori, parantha or simply like that.

100 grams sugar (if your mangoes are too sweet you can reduce the amount)
Saffron strands for garnish
Cream for garnish
