Ingredients
Adzuki Bean Hummus:
2 dl / 0,5 cup adzuki beans, cooked
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoon olive oil, more for serving
0,5 sea salt
fresh pepper, to taste
4 tbsp tahini paste
2 large kale leaves, about 2 cups
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 dl / 0,2 cup water
Toppings:
crispy garlic adzuki beans
olive oil
1 garlic clove
sea salt flakes
Sweet Potato Chips:
2 large sweet potato, sliced lengthwise (1/8-inch thick)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp sea salt
black pepper, freshly ground
2 tbsp mild paprika
