This breakfast is for serious fans of apples! These oats are gluten-free, sugar-free and vegan, and taste like a bowl of apple pie.
Ingredients
1 apple
¼ cup applesauce
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of ground cloves
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
⅓ cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon chia seeds
½ cup almond milk
Chopped nuts and/or berries, to serve
