Ingredients
1 shallot, chopped
1/2 head cauliflower, grated
1/4 head red cabbage, shredded
2 carrots, chopped
4 leaves of curly kale
1 tsp coconut oil
1 1/2 tbsp tamari (gluten-free soy sauce)
1 1/2 tsp ginger, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
topping: handful of cashews
salt, pepper to taste
