Ingredients
juice from 1 lemon
juice from 1 lime
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup tahini
3 Tablespoons olive oil, plus more for drizzling
1 cup cooked chickpeas (if using canned, drain and rinse them)
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoons fine salt or table salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon sriracha
1 avocado, peeled and diced
