Baked Artichoke & Cilantro Pizza Dip

Add a little sophistication to game day or any day with this Baked Artichoke and Cilantro Pizza Dipping sauce! It is vegetarian, gluten-free and can be made in under 30 minutes. Serve it with chips, bread, nachos or veggies!

1 – 6.5 oz jar artichoke hearts drained, chopped
3/4 cup parmesan cheese (use freshly grated to ensure gluten-free) grated
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 cup pizza sauce with garlic, preferrably
2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
Garnish:
fresh cilantro sprigs
