This baked oatmeal has apples, raisins, and dried cranberries so it’s healthy and tasty. Plus it’s super easy to make so it’s great for company or as a make ahead meal.
Ingredients
1 large apple
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 large egg
1 3/4 cups milk (I used almond milk)
