Serves: 4-6

Healthy baked onion rings, soaked in buttermilk and coated in panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch. So tasty, you won’t even realise they are not fried!

Ingredients

2 large white onions
250ml buttermilk
300ml milk
100g plain flour
2 tbsp cornflour
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
pinch of salt and pepper
3 eggs, beaten
150g panko breadcrumbs
