A baked, vegan (if you can find vegan wonton wrappers!) mock up of a takeout favorite! Crunchy, savory, and just a tiny bit spicy, these always hit the spot!
Ingredients
12-14 wonton wrappers (vegan if possible!)
¼ cup vegan cream cheese (a quarter of an 8oz container)
1 Tablespoon vegan mayo
1 teaspoon sriracha (½ t if sensitive to spicy)
1 green onion, finely chopped
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
olive oil using a mister, or cooking spray (olive oil will have a more dry finish, cooking spray is a bit “greasier”)
