Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk, divided
2 tbsp pure maple syrup, divided
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ banana, sliced
2 tbsp creamy, all-natural peanut butter
1 scoop Yuri Elkaim’s Pure Plant Protein (optional)
2 tbsp rolled oats
1-2 tbsp almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup Enjoy Life! Chocolate chips
2 tbsp rawnola, paleo granola and/or cacao nibs
