Banana Green Tea Ginger Smoothie

By blending green tea, ginger and banana, you create a nutritional powerhouse in a glass. It’s quick and easy too.
Ingredients
1 cup spinach
4-5 frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
1 tsp pieces or grated ginger
1 cup green tea, cooled
1/4 – 1/2 cup coconut milk
Instructions
Blend all the ingredients together. Start with 1/4 of milk and add the rest if needed after blending and blend again.
Notes: Fresh fruit instead of frozen would work too.
