A delicious and healthy green smoothie made with bananas, kale and strawberries! Make it vegan by omitting the Greek yogurt and using 1 1/2 cups of almond milk.
Ingredients
2 cups kale (leaves only)
1 ripe banana, peeled and cut into chunks
3/4 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1/2 tsp nutmeg (optional)
