Ingredients
For the Overnight Oatmeal
2/3 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if necessary)
2/3 cup yogurt
½ cup milk of choice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon coconut extract, optional
For the Banana-Mango Smoothie:
1 banana (the riper the better)
1 cup chopped frozen mango (approximately 4½ oz/130g)
2 tablespoons yogurt
¼ cup milk of choice
