1/2 cup ripe banana, smashed (about 1 ripe banana)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup Skoop Protein Powder (or your favorite protein powder)
1/2 cup almond meal
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
