Ingredients
½ apple (eg. Golden Delicious)
1 small beet, peeled & cooked
½ lime, juiced
1 tsp maple syrup
10 mint leaves
1.25 cups water (1.25 cups = 300 ml)
Optional:
If you don’t have any beets, substitute the beet and water for 1 cup beetroot juice.
Instructions
