Ingredients
2 Tablespoons heavy cream
½ cup Belgian dark cooking chocolate
4 egg yolks
6 egg whites
½ teaspoon cream of tartar
1 Tablespoon baker’s sugar
2 cups frozen raspberries
¼ cup sugar
1 cup raspberry lambic beer (I used Lindeman’s framboise)
Whipped cream and fresh raspberries for serving
