Ingredients
Pomona’s Pectin, One Package:
1/2 tsp Calcium Powder, prepared with water as directed
4 tsp Pectin Powder
For the Jam:
1/2 C Fresh Lemon Juice, about 3 lemons juiced
1 1/2 C Granulated Sugar
8 C Mashed Blueberries, about 5 pints
