Ingredients
1/2 cup flax + chia meal
1/2 cup tapioca or oat flour
1 1/2 cup old fashioned oatmeal
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup mashed banana
4 Tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup sorghum (molasses, honey, maple syrup)
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 tsp blueberries
