Ingredients
Brownies
1 vanilla bean
9 Tb salted butter
1 ¼ cups turbinado sugar
¼ cup Irish whiskey
¾ cup plus 2 TB unsweetened cocoa powder
2 eggs, cold
½ cup flour
Ganache:
3 TB turbinado sugar
1 TB salted butter
¼ cup heavy cream
pinch of salt
1 TB Bailey’s Irish Cream
2 TB Jameson Irish Whiskey
8 oz white chocolate, chopped
