Ingredients

¼ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
¼ cup cottage cheese
¼ cup granola (or oats)
1 banana, sliced
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree or unsweetened applesauce
2 tablespoons dried cranberries
2 tablespoons cashews
2 tablespoons sunflower or pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon chia seeds
sprinkle of cinnamon
