½ lb broccoli, chopped into florets
2 tbsp toasted pine nuts
¼ tsp salt
15 g butter (about 1 tbsp)
30 g flour (about 3 tbsp)
¾ cup of low fat milk
⅓ cup shredded Gruyere cheese
¼ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper or more to taste
