The scrumptious broccoli tater tots is a clever twist on the regular tater tots making it way more healthy and guilt-free!
Ingredients
Fresh broccoli – 3 heads, about 6 cups of florets
Onion – 2, medium, finely chopped
Panko breadcrumbs – 1 cup (can be substituted with regular breadcrumbs too)
Egg – 2
Peanuts – ½ cup, toasted and coarsely chopped
Garlic paste – 1 tsp
All-purpose flour – 1 tbsp
Salt & pepper to taste
